Upon suspension or closure, you may be required to complete all outstanding transactions and withdraw any remaining funds in accordance with these Terms. We may retain certain funds or apply restrictions on withdrawals to satisfy obligations or pending investigations. All decisions are final and binding.
Accounts with no activity for a defined period may become inactive. In such cases, we may return the remaining balance to the user or comply with applicable unclaimed funds rules as required by law.
