-
Operator means Gullybet, the licensed entity providing sports betting and related services.
-
Client means an individual or entity who has opened an account with the Operator and may place bets in accordance with these Terms.
-
Event is a sports contest, match or analogous competitive activity listed for wagering on the Platform.
-
Market is a specific betting proposition offered on an Event (for example, which team will win, whether a goal will be scored in a period, or the total goals).
-
Outcome is a selectable result within a Market on which a bet may be placed.
-
Odds reflect the potential payout expressed as a multiplier of the stake and may be adjusted by the Operator prior to bet acceptance.
-
Payout is the amount returned to the Client, calculated as the stake multiplied by the applicable odds, subject to these Terms and the applicable betting rules.
-
Void Bet or Cancellation refers to a bet that is deemed not to have a valid outcome under these Terms and may be returned to the Client.
-
Live Betting refers to wagers accepted on Events while they are in progress, with odds updating in real time.
-
Regular Time means the period of play defined by the competition’s official rules, excluding overtime, extra time, shootouts, or additional periods unless expressly stated otherwise in the Market.
-
Disputed Outcome is any situation where there is conflicting or incomplete information about an Event’s result, which may require reference to the Operator’s internal rules.
Eligibility and Access
Access to wagering services on the Platform is restricted to persons who meet the following conditions, and the Operator reserves the right at all times to verify compliance. A bet may be refused or a Client’s account closed for non‑compliance with these requirements or for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
-
Age: Clients must have reached the age of majority as required by applicable law, and in any event not be younger than eighteen (18) years old.
-
Geographic: Access is restricted to jurisdictions where gambling activities are legally permitted for the Client, and the Operator shall not accept bets from ineligible jurisdictions.
-
Prohibited Persons: The Operator shall not accept bets from individuals representing or affiliated with other betting companies or individuals attempting to obtain an unfair advantage or to circumvent betting limits.
-
Account Integrity: The Operator may block, suspend or close a Client’s account for breach of these Terms, breach of the betting rules, suspected bot activity, or other conduct impairing the integrity of wagering operations.
Bet Acceptance, Settlement and Disputes
Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with these Terms and the applicable betting rules. By placing a bet, the Client acknowledges and agrees to observe the limits, processes and timelines described herein.
-
Timing of Acceptance: Bets are accepted before the starting time of the Event unless the Market specifies otherwise, and Live Bets are accepted during play on Events with undetermined outcomes.
-
Official Data and Settlement: The Operator settles bets using official statistics published by the event’s organizer or its designated official source. If those sources are unavailable or prove inaccurate, the Operator may rely on independent evidence to determine results in its sole discretion.
-
Postponement, Suspension or Cancellation: If an Event is suspended or canceled before the start or during the Regular Time and is not resumed within 24 hours, bets on that Event may be voided, unless the outcome has already been determined at the time of suspension. If a delay persists beyond 24 hours, bets shall be void unless the Market expressly provides otherwise for that sport or market.
-
Incorrect Settlements and Re‑Settlements: In the event of an error in bet settlement due to technical failures or incorrect results, the Operator may re‑settle the affected bets in its discretion.
-
Disputes and Claims: Claims regarding bet settlements must be submitted within a defined period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of the event end, unless the applicable law requires a different limitation period.
Live Betting Rules
Live or in‑play betting may be offered on certain Events. The following rules apply to Live Bets unless stated otherwise in the Market:
-
Real‑Time Odds: Odds change continuously during the Event to reflect evolving circumstances.
-
Settlement: Live bets are settled when the outcome becomes known or when the event concludes, using the results available at the time of settlement.
-
Interrupted Events: If an Event is interrupted and the outcome is determined by the official sources, such outcomes will be settled accordingly; otherwise, Live bets may be declared void with refunds in accordance with the rules.
-
Eligibility for Live Bets: The Operator may restrict or deny Live Bets to individuals who fail to meet the eligibility criteria or who engage in activities that contravene these Terms.
Markets, Bets and Notation
The Operator offers a range of Markets on Events. The following Market notations and common bet types apply unless a Market states otherwise:
-
Basic outcomes: 1 = Team 1 to win; X = Draw; 2 = Team 2 to win.
-
Double and Triple Markets: 1X = Team 1 to win or draw; 12 = Either Team 1 or Team 2 to win (no draw); X2 = Team 2 to win or draw.
-
Handicap Bets: Bets are placed with a handicap value that adjusts the final result for the purposes of settlement. A negative handicap reduces the team’s final score, a positive handicap increases it, and the bet wins if the adjusted result meets the Market condition.
-
Asian Handicap: Similar to standard handicap but expressed in a continuous handicap value; outcomes are settled according to the adjusted final score or points after applying the handicap.
-
Totals (Over/Under): Bets on the total goals, points, or equivalent scored by both teams, compared to a reference point. Over means exceeding the reference point; Under means not exceeding it.
-
Correct Score: The Client predicts the exact final score of the Event, or the final score for the specified Market segment (e.g., half, period).
-
Half‑Time / Full‑Time (HT/FT): Bets on the result at half‑time and at the end of the Event under a single Market notation (e.g., W/L/W).
-
Other Markets: Market types such as First Goalscorer, Corners, Cards, and Special Time Intervals may be offered where available, with the specific settlement rules stated in the Market description.
Odds, Payouts and Adjustments
Odds are dynamic and may change prior to bet acceptance. Once accepted, the payout is calculated by multiplying the stake by the odds applicable at the time of acceptance, subject to the Event’s settlement rules and any applicable minimum or maximum bet limits.
-
Dividend Rate: The payout for a given Event may vary over the life of the Event due to market conditions or late information. The Operator may adjust odds in response to these conditions; this does not guarantee a fixed payout across all times.
-
Maximum and Minimum Bets: The Operator reserves the right to set and modify minimum and maximum stake limits for any Event or Market, and to impose additional restrictions on accounts without notice.
Accounts, Balances and Bonus Funds
The Client holds two balances on the Platform: a real balance and a bonus balance. Bets are generally placed from the real balance, and winnings from bonus funds may be allocated to the bonus balance. When real funds are exhausted, the Client may bet with bonus funds as permitted by the bonus terms and conditions published by the Operator. The Operator may prohibit wagering from bonus balances on multiple outcomes within the same market for a single Event and may revoke bonuses if rules are not observed.
-
Bonus Use: If a bet is funded entirely from a bonus balance, such bets may be treated according to the specific bonus terms; conversion to real money may be restricted or prohibited in certain circumstances.
-
Bet Acceptance and Revisions: Bets, once placed and accepted by the system, may not be altered or cancelled by the Client except as permitted by these Terms or by the Operator’s bet settlement rules.
Responsible Gambling and Compliance
The Operator supports responsible gambling and complies with applicable licensing and regulatory requirements. The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws, providing truthful information during registration, and maintaining secure access to their account. The Operator may take action including account suspension or closure if required by applicable law or to protect the integrity of the betting system.
Disclaimers and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Operator’s license. The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms, betting rules, and the list of available Markets at any time. In the event of a material conflict, the latest version published on the Platform prevails. Any disputes arising from bets shall be resolved in accordance with the Operator’s internal procedures designed to ensure fair treatment of Clients consistent with applicable law.
